HR Support, Administration Department
As a case handler within HR and committee operations, you will work with qualified HR administration related to government inquiries. The role combines coordination, administration, and close collaboration with various parts of the organization, making it a perfect fit for you if you thrive in a structured environment with varied tasks.

In this role, you are responsible for HR administration related to the government inquiries appointed by the government. You coordinate and streamline processes together with relevant actors within committee administration and also participate in union dialogues.
The work also includes administrative HR tasks such as handling employment terms, contract issues, decision management, salary setting, as well as registration and follow-up in our HR systems. You work closely with colleagues within your own unit, ministries, and other operations within the Government Offices.
You will become part of a team of HR administrators and HR generalists where you together contribute to professional and high-quality HR support. The role is characterized by a varied workload where tasks and priorities may change based on operational needs.
You are responsible for HR administration related to government committees and inquiries and coordinate processes together with relevant actors. You handle administrative HR matters concerning employment decisions, salary setting, contract issues, and employment terms. The work also includes registration and follow-up in HR systems, administrative documentation, and contributing to a legally secure and efficient working method. The role involves close collaboration with both HR colleagues and the business operations.
Your background
Post-secondary education in HR or other education deemed equivalent by the employer, or alternatively, several years of current experience in qualified HR administrative work.
You have several years of current experience in independent HR administrative work within a government agency. You have extensive experience working with digital tools and Microsoft 365, as well as experience working in HR systems. You express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Experience from the Government Offices, work with committee management, or experience with the HR system Heroma is also meritorious. Knowledge of Swedish public sector labor law and experience with document registration are also meritorious.
